By accessing this gallery, you agree to the following terms.

Use of all media is subject to the agreement entered into with Newfound (including wedding, portrait, commercial, or real estate agreements). Where any inconsistency arises, the signed agreement takes precedence.

All media remains the intellectual property of Newfound under the Copyright Act 1994.

Media is provided under licence only. Your permitted use depends on the agreement under which the media was created.

Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, licences are non-exclusive and non-transferable. Media may only be used for the specific purpose or project it was commissioned for. Media may not be resold, sublicensed, provided to or made accessible to third parties, or altered without written permission.

For personal-use galleries such as weddings or portraits, images may be shared and printed for personal use only. Any commercial use requires written permission.

Newfound reserves the right to licence media to third parties involved in the project, including but not limited to builders, designers, developers, agencies, or collaborators. Third parties must obtain their own licence from Newfound unless explicitly authorised in writing.

Downloads are permitted in accordance with your licence. Galleries are available for a limited time (minimum three months unless otherwise stated), and clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.

Newfound may use media for portfolio, marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newfound’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.
